you'll see unemployment benefits extended.

i'd like to see the socialization of health care written into the constitution.

would also like to see that tax talk come through on the 250k plus crowd.

would also like to see a 50 foot wall constructed across the nation and a super commuter connecting regional cities to each other. for example los angeles to phoenix, chicago to minneapolis, etc.

would also like to see methanol as the fuel of the future.

So which states will make up the 38 needed to ratify the repeal of the First Amendment to the US Constitution?

Amendments don't get repealed or passed anymore. Now they just ignore the Constitution.

Americans have more access to and avenues for free expression than they have ever had in the 230+ years of the Republic

I didn't say anything about the First Amendment, but that's not to say laws that violate that amendment have not been passed in the last decade. They is those in authority that pass unconstitutional laws or simply ignore the constitution (for example, telling you what you can put in your own body). It's really not that hard to understand.

Obama Positions Himself to Quickly Reverse Bush Actions on Environmental, Social Issues
By Ceci Connolly and R. Jeffrey Smith
Washington Post Staff Writers
Sunday, November 9, 2008
Transition advisers to President-elect Barack Obama have compiled a list of about 200 Bush administration actions and executive orders that could be swiftly undone to reverse the president on climate change, stem cell research, reproductive rights and other issues, according to congressional Democrats, campaign aides and experts working with the transition team.
A team of four dozen advisers, working for months in virtual solitude, set out to identify regulatory and policy changes Obama could implement soon after his inauguration. The team is now consulting with liberal advocacy groups, Capitol Hill staffers and potential agency chiefs to prioritize those they regard as the most onerous or ideologically offensive, said a top transition official who was not permitted to speak on the record about the inner workings of the transition.

Positively true, though we're being recorded at this very instant!
