horseshoe, you will see me at Rx bash. I've gotten pretty big in the last 5 months since I started training with weights. Bring a measuring tape OR I will show you the tag on my jeans. I am a big boned guy.. I train with very heavy weight and I do 2000 push ups a week.. Don't get me wrong, I do have some meat on my body, and I can lose a few lbs, but I do weights and push up heavy weight, too.
I can even say that I weigh close to 230 lbs, not 228.. I also have a wide frame and am at the gym 6 days a week for the last 5 months. ..

You seem to have come a long way SG...the weight/waistline ratio does seem a little off but you always seem to be a straight shooter when it comes to your fitness level (even dating back to when you were not in the best of shape two years ago) so I assume it is accurate.

I'm hoping something changes as far as dates so that I can make the Bash, but as of now, have a three-generations family reunion I'm attending that entire week in Destin-Fla, as it is for the most part everyone's kids last days before school starts(some actually will have already attended orientation.)
