Not too long ago I had a good friend turn to crack. Perfect kid to hang out with, always brought over beer and food and didnt care if I played around on the internet while he was over.
He turned to crack and hit crappy financial status and one day starting hammering at the door at 6 in the morning, looking for 40 bucks. I know exactly what he wants the 40 bucks for. His eyes looked wired as hell, and it's only 6 in the morning. I am hung over, and I feel like I have small peebles in my eyes.
I let him in for a sec to sit down, and so do I. I'm so damn tired. I have like 60 something bucks and some change on my table near by from the night before emptying my pockets, it's in plain view. He keeps telling me how he really needs it, and I'm like I don't have that kind of money on me at the moment and I glance at the money on the table and I glance at him and we can both see it. And we argue back and forth until he finnaly leaves.
He was so wired on crack he either never noticed the bills on the table or he was just too messed up to make the connection of it all. I was so pissed at the time for waking me up, but it was hysterical to me after I caught up on sleep.
That would have been a bad loan. Don't ever loan money for drugs, at least get a good story out of the guy.
