Set good goals for yourself and write them down. Good goals are achievable, but don't sell you short. They require regular work, but are something you will appreciate when you get there. They keep you making an honest effort and allow you to always have a purpose in life.

I don't know if I share Judge's enthusiasm when that alarm goes off, but most days I feel quite happy I got out of bed.

whale...take each day one at a time and always remember..."Life is way to short, treat each day like it could be your last and do try to make mends with your mother in-law...my wife never got to meet her mother in-law..(my mom) passed when she was 48...it will get better once your wife starts healing things will be good once again...treat others as tho you would like to be treated and it makes each day a little better...but one other thing don't ever back down from what you believe in...take care and work at it...jeffksu
