Not to hijack the thread, but I don't know if I could do it money wise. My only shot is to head out the first week of August for two weeks in Greece. Plane tickets are now around $1300 RT.

OK, Vaulted....let me tell you something: who the hell needs tonic? I have drunk myself silly twice on gin and it was the only two times I have ever blacked out. Bad times. Twice.

Would you like to know the last words I heard before I began drinking gin at both parties (the parties were four years apart and unrelated)? The last words of each party for me were exactly the same and it was four years between, no joke.

"Hey! We're out of beer, but it looks like there's some gin!"

Have you ever heard the saying "Lots of beer then out of beer then drink gin like it's water and NEVER SICKER AND WISH YOU WOULD DIE?"

I can't stand the word gin and I can't stand the smell of gin. I can't stand that you brought that word into this thread though I know of many gin martinis. Mine are always vodka. tulsa

tulsa, you need to hold your liquor. Good gin goes down fine. Sometimes you get headaches afterwards but not often.
