Tony Kornheiser is a korn ball. Dont have a problem with him on PTI but he needs to stay home come MNF. Mike Tirico is solid. Real good play-by-play. Al summers is probably my favorite nfl announcer. Favorite college football announcer is Kirk Herbstreit. Respect all the work he puts in on gameday saturday and those thursday night games. Usually I'm really interested in what he has to say about the subject.

Ron Franklin is my college favorite...SEC football on Saturday nights on ESPN...The line to make is the 21.... great stuff, but he's moving to ABC I see.
I know I'll catch shit for this but I think Pam Ward is good on college football. Brad Nessler also is good.

You can't beat Joe Buck in the NFL. Harlan is also good.

Best ever was Ray Scott. Starr.....to Dowler.....touchdown.
That of course was before TV announcers forgot that viewers could actually see what was going on.

Franklin is the best in NCAA though I have a sweet spot for Keith Jackson.

in pros I only watch a Madden game with the sound off. Also the pairing that the one guy always calls "Gus" by his 1st name over and over is horrible, except for the "Gus drinking game"

Pretty rough for NFL...think Theeeeeseman, Collinsworth, and Madden are awful. Don't really have any favs

dick enberg is a joy to listen to... however, listening to marv albert on westwood studios radio is the best... despite his shitty past, his voice and enthusiasm is still one of the best to listen to

for college though... cant beat ron franklin
