Also, I recently discovered the greatest glaze/condiment/whatever I have ever had. Charred Pineapple Bourbon Sauce by Fischer and Wieser. I haves used it as a glaze on salmon and drizzled it over a homemade thin crust with herb goat cheese, grilled pineapple, and prosciutto. Also great as a condiment on burgers. Stuff is so good I could drink it. Highly recommend. Pork tenderloin is up next. I got a bottle last week, and I am ordering 5 more today.
