Line Tamer:

Born and grew up in that small town in Pa.(ST. Marys). Less than a mile from brewery. Only about 25 people work there; very small.
Tip: Buy it in brown bottles and not green as it increases the short shelf life somewhat. Reflects light better.
If your ever in area stop buy brewery(M-F) and get free samples from the 'eternal keg'.

Heineken or Guinness.

But I'll take a Tanqueray No. 10 martini with a twist over any kind of beer any day.

Boys, Duvel Belgium Ale is hands down as good as anything made in the world. You'll have to go a Craft Beer Joint to get it, but try it once and Bud's, Mich's, Miller's and all the rest are a far second place. If you go to a beer retailer, he'll also be able to get it for you. Try it.

Bulldogg--- I to grew up in St Marys as well.

And know very well the green vs brown bottles. I worked there a few summers and holiday breaks.

Dying to hear you are, that small of a town you know we have heard of one another.

I still love trips home for Dino's and the Hoot.

Cheat not much into overhyped corona, has to be better than it. Never tried it, that I can remember.

Xp, that looks good. What I like about Canadians is they are strong, and have nice hop taste, but not too complicated. Very clean and to the point. A very vesatile beer, drink alone or with a meal, not an overpowering taste. I really liked LaBatt's but no one was there to guide me. How does it compare?

Bought a 1/2 of Straubs for our rafting trip in West Virginia this weekend.

Nice that they switched kegs over to the ball tap finally. Will work in my Kegerator now.

Keith's is far more 'interesting' than Blue. It's an ale, for starters, though not a true India Pale as advertised. It's stronger, but way less sharp, if that makes any sense.

If you're still interested in drinking a Labatt product, try 50. It's been around forever, and might be one of the strongest domestics in our market.

Grey Goose

Have to agree with you, beer is an acquired taste that I have never developed( nor do I care to). But there is nothing like an icecold Grey Goose martini after a long day. :103631605
