Something is wrong with Costa Rica when people break windows of a university after listening to a band with that name.
Do you see what I am saying slim? Los Pericos? WTF? hno:
i think it was due to all the chocolate and sugar trough their bodies, they got hyper :beavis1:LOL but they didn't even listen to the band, the riot was cause they couldn't get in to the place.....so they said that the 3 snickers they had to buy were to expensive for them to stay out
abso-fukking-lutely right!hmmmm.... you lost me there.... LOL. This is a reflection of a huge social discomfort... people is pissed off and a riot is the perfect expression for that. i just dont see how missing a concert with those bands could bring such a reaction... i mean go home, get laid, get wasted... just dont break all the shit cause u couldnt enter a FREE concert
the people that actually got screwed are the small businesses that got destroyed (the U Latina have bunches of money to recover plus they are probably insured, not that either one of those make it up for what happened)
The local business owners should sue U. Latina. Clearly this was very bad organization, turning thousands of people away at the door because they lacked the capacity to provide what they were marketing.
Not that the court systems actually function here.
I was in Pioneer Square for the Mardi Gras riots in Seattle (2001). The city had this brilliant fucking idea of forcing all the clubs and bars to close at midnight, emptying them at full capacity onto the streets (rather than allowing them to slowly empty in the later hours); and then putting hundreds of Seattle's finest on the streets in riot gear.
Seriously fucked up idea; even God got pissed and demolished the area with an 6.8 earthquake the following morning.
