Only time will tell,

JETER, AROD, Rivera

Possibles: pudge, Mussina, Damon, Pettite,

7 who will get many a vote...

Giambi and Jorge will get on the Ballot as well but no shot.
Cano, too young to know as well as others.

What team had the most so far??

Big red Machine with bench, perez, morgan
and braves with smoltz, glavine, maddux, chipper, sheff '02.

i'm sure some old yankee teams had a bunch and have this covered. But who knows?

Pudge only a possibility???

Without question a HOF'er........FOURTEEN time all-star,THIRTEEN gold gloves, 2600 hits, league MVP, playoff MVP, etc., etc.........and only 36 years old.

Probably a first ballot HOF'er even if he never plays another inning from here on out.

Damon, Pettite, have no shot.

Would seem a longshot considering BLYLEVEN is not in.

Although Pettite does have 13 seasons where he has won 12 or more games and has never had a losing season in 14 years.

A definite longshot, but would not classify as having no shot.

40 years from now one may look back and learn that the 2008 RAYS team may have had more HOF'ers than the 2008 YANKS.

1927 Yankees had Ruth, Gehrig, Lazzeri, Combs, Pennock, and Hoyt, plus manager Miller Huggins.

If you want to speculate, I would say Chamberlin has a better shot than AP or JD.

Im just speculating of course.

Not sure the exact year, but would guess one of the Brooklyn Dodgers teams of the 50's had the most HOF'ers............just a guess.

In my opinion Pudge is a shoe in, no need to even start a thread and never have. Didn't want to put him as IN and rile the other 50% as he could fall in the roger, barry, raffy, sheff group.
Also only mentioned Cano and not java-- to even make it like java and HOF were in the same thread.

Reese, Snider, Robinson, and Campanella, plus Leo "the lip." Many of their players(Hodges, Furillo, Branca, Erskine, Roe, Newcombe) didn't quite make it.
