I agree Green he is a plodder that just doesn't look interested in racing at all.
Ice next time out tell the driver tosend him as hard as he can to see what he can do from there. This horse seemed to hame no top speed at all. He needs to sit 3rd on the rail and get in the money that way.

The horse seems to have no gate speed at all. But he did race better tonight. Finished 5th...that's a small check !!
Also needs a better Post, he drew post # 7 two weeks in a row. !
Let him get an inside post, pick up a 2nd or 3rd over trip...Then you will know if he has any Guts !!

Alot you know. He beat half the field (finished 5th) and he was parked the WHOLE MILE.
Was 5-1 on the morning line. There isnt 200 people betting there by the last race.
Ran solid for his 2nd race back. Would have like a better finish (3rd would have been great) but didnt expect being parked the entire mile. That changes everything. He out ran his odds and that is all you can ask for.
Like a few have said I would like to see a decent post/ride as he isnt had one in his few races back.
thank you. Being parked means EVERYTHING. All you can ask of a horse (espically a longhsot) is to show a little fight when he is parked all mile and he passed a horse in the stretch (was 6th and finished 5th) and almost got another. Had every reason to quit and didn't. Had the worst trip of all the horses in the race.
Not big on the trainers choice of Marc St. Louis on the horse. The kid is 19 years old and maybe alittle outclassed at Hazel Park and another reason he get no respect at the betting windows.

He ran a solid 5th, parked the whole mile. When he is in top shape he will go 1.56. He went about 1.58 tonite parked the whole mile.
I have a $4,000 claimer that is coming back from a tough injury. Alot of time and sweat have been put into getting this horse back to the track. I never said he was anythig special, just a $4,000 claimer who I enjoy owning as a hobby. Just dont understand why you would care to rip me or the horse. I guess you enjoy it and that is what is sad.
