Wisconsin, been all over the country and you will not find more accepting and polite people. Driving is a pleasure as people actually let you in. I used to commute to Chicago and its a free for all there. Great place to raise a family. The only negative is the high state tax. Real estate is pretty reasonable.

Ray Naquin.supposed to be a leader, hearing that the city is being overrun by looters and violence is outa control, flys his family out the city, hides in a motel room for 3 days while his people die in the streets. comes out blames racisim for the lack of leadership and IS PROMPTLY RE--ELECTED !!!!!!!!!
2. Willy Jefferson.....during the hurricane as naquin is hiding under the bed, katrina mary and kathy blankO are planning the murder of thousands to save their political futures Big Willy takes 2 platoons of u.s. army reserves there to help the stranded .has them bring him thru the floods in their humvees then has them bring out of his house 3 duffle bags of BRIBERY MONEY that he is currently indidcted for taking....blames it all on racism and IS PROMPTLY RE-ELECTED !!!!!!!!
3. the state itself------owes FEMA over 3 billion dollars, the state employees retirement fund is over 1.5 billion in the hole, there is a judgement against the state from the flood of 1983 !!!!!!! that has never been paid. these people lost everything due to the ignorance of the state and have NEVER recieved 1 dime that the state has owed for over 20 years and refuses to pay. the supreme court of the u.s has ruled against them and STILL they wont pay...
YET 2 weeks ago the state budget dept found out that with all the rebuilding going on that the stae has a surplus this year of OVER 1.5 BILLION DOLLARS !!!!!! Kathy BlankO immediatly calls a special session and attempts to BLOW THE WHOLE 1.5 BILLION ON BULLSHIT LIKE.......STAND BACK AND PREPARE TO BE AMAZED....A FUCKING STEEL MILL!!!!!!!! THIS IDIOT WANTS TO BUILD A STEEL MILL IN LOUISIANA !!!!!!!!!!! That would be after building a rice mill right down the road from a private mill that closed down from lack of profit....a sugar mill that NOBODY has used yet.she went to cuba AFTER it was built and begged Fidel to send sugar there to b milled.he laughed so hard it gave him a stroke i think........
i could go on and on.....the state university taking control of elementary schools because the state has fucked up public education so bad that the courts have just thrown their hands up and asked the university to step in and try to save them...our govenor of over 20 yrs is in federal prison, our last 3 insurance commisioners went to jail, 2 of them are still in it and the latest ins commissioner resigned the post less than 2 yrs after taking the job...
Blanko has pd a company 80 million dollars to write less than 80 checks..40.000 claims are waiting but the company has managed to write just 80 checks in over a yr.....but they ALREADY HAVE BEEN PD THE FULL 80 MILLION FOR DOING THE JOB!!!!!!!! and BLANKO REFUSES TO FIRE THEM!!!!!!! there are legislators as i speak camping out in tents on the capitol lawn demanding she do something....yet??????/ NOTHING, NADA..o WAIT, SHE DID ASK THEM TO TRY AND SPEED IT UP IF POSSIBLE..
Some other tidbits??????? how about 3 serial killers in the last 4 yrs with over 50 combined victims??? 1 of them was a black guy well known to police, he was seen by witnesses standing outside a victims home buck naked but the police said it was a coincidence that he was there because they were sure that they were looking for a WHITE GUY!!!! for another FULL YEAR they went around FORCING white men to give DNA samples ( suits are pending) until finally someone ckd the dna of the blackman found outside the victims apartment and walla!!!!!! AFTER 4 MORE MURDERS THEY HAVE THEIR MAN!!!!!!!!! THEN hold a big press conferance patting themselves on the back for 'solving' this crime
