The country of Panama is notorious for its lack of integrity and honorability. Going back decades and decades, there are myriad of instances where Panama has failed to adhere to what it purported it was going to do. Panama stated that it was going to protect off-shore investors' bank accounts, and this never happened. There was supposed to be a government bond, and this obviously was a sham. the list goes on and on. I don't trust that country, and you shouldn't either.

may I make a suggestion. It's a bit risky, but it seems to me that when panam does pay, they start with the players with the smaller balances and move their way up. Maybe what you should consider is moving some money into some friends accounts who are currently at zero balance. Let them roll the money once (whihc is risky) and then request a withdrawal. It's deifnitely risky, buy you may discover that 16 people requesting $500 will get paid faster than 1 person requesting $8000
