What is going on with the line in the NDST/Oral Roberts game ND is -3 and +9 at some places?

Anyone know. I'm seeing ND -3 and -9. And Oral roberts +3 and -9. My local has NDST at -3. Whats up with this?

its 3 everywhere online. i do see caesars, lvh, and wynn with 9 the other way but thats obviously a mistake

Hilton and Caesers have it at -9 NDST. Those are just the two I saw on scoresandodds. Anyone else seeing this too?
