Missouri goes blue. Probably cements Iowa as well. Entire base of mid-western labor states is strengthened and Ohio gets a boost from labor as well. No trial lawyer issue. No lack of experience issue.

And what would have been lost that Edwards brought home to the table?

I doubt it matters much.

Lets check the score card.

Dem ideas:

Presdent -1
House -6
Senate -4

Looks like the ideas are losers as much as the candidates. Repackaging does no good.

Gameface:

Anyone that can look me straight in the face and tell me they are comfortable with Dick Cheney as VP needs to get some quick mental stimulation ...

Again, the VP candidate really aint a big issue or Bush would not have been elected with this slime ball as his running mate

Well I guess its just a reflection of another poor decision by John Kerry.

Just like it was to try to appeal to the mike Moore faction of the dem party.

but the geek has run his whole career that way.

I'm a Bush fan and you hit the nail on the head. Edwards couldn't win in NC so he was praying to get pickup on the National ticket. NC can't stand Edwards......Picking him,, i feel sealed the deal early. Some swing states might have been blue with a different VP.....Thank God it's all red today. W04
