We learned that there is Life after Tom Brady ..... with a lot of Help from Belichick & Company

We learned that there's also life after Peyton Manning ... and it doesn't matter who the QB is, and that the Denver D is Still one of the best

Jags could be for real, even though they lost to GB

RGIII is what we thought he was ..... and the Browns Just don't have any Luck when it comes to QB's :)

we also learned that Miami isn't as bad as we thought ( except for some other stuff )
and the Rams suck in either St. Louis or LA

It will be interesting to see how the Pats/Dolphins game plays out. Pats aren't that big of a favorite, low total. Vegas thinks this is going to be a low scoring slow paced game.
Pats coming off great win, Miami coming off tough loss. Wouldn't be surprised if this one gets past the Patriots :(

Not a ton really.

Nothing too unusual as far as the big picture is concerned.

Still think AZ is the team to beat in the NFC, they're just loaded talent wise. Just had a bad game where they couldn't match intensity and coaching because of some unusual circumstances.

We learned that Tampa Bay might make some noise and that Jamies Winston put in some WORK in the Offseason, that he is taking this very very seriously and that he just might have the instincts and weaponry to once and for all prove Vlad wrong re: Black QBs.

We learned that former offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter might prove to be a really really good fit for this team ^^^^^.

We learned that DelRio, coach of Da' Raidaz is gonna DEMAND of this team that they get better and that, in time, he is very very likely to accomplish that, possibly even this season.

We learned that RGIII is not gonna be a factor as an NFL QB. Ever. And we might have learned that Cleveland Browns are the most "snakebit" Sports Franchise ever and/or they might just make really dumb decisions/moves.

We learned that The Jaguars are friggin HUNGRY

We learned that Alex Smith (KC QB) CAN actually throw for TDs.

We learned that AJ Green (CIN) is a damn good Wide Receiver and that Dax Prescott (DAL) has, from somewhere, some Mystical Gift of Composure/Talent that translates real well to NFL and that very few suspected.

We learned that SF '9ers don't actually SUCK!!!
lmao.gif

OK....maybe we didn't actually learn that.

I just don't see Carson Palmer staying Healthy all season. I'd very much like to see that but just cannot.

You could say that about Wilson or Cam as well. The other 2 teams in the NFC that are considered to be in the upper echelon.

Cards do remind me a lot of the VIkings the year they had Favre. Clearly the most talented team in the conference, but their season is probably ending with a brutal loss and 3 turnovers against a team that they doubled up in yardage.

Couldn't have said it better.

And Yeah also.....

I can definitely see "that" about CAM.

Less So now post-hub bub about the lack of calls for hits on CAM in that Denver game...

...possible Defensive Coaches gonna reign in Dudes figuring CAM may be in line to get some "sweet make up calls" so...

...possible at least that CAM bought himself a little "ticket" to LESS chance of Injury-Out.

just a theory.

Until Norv pulls his head out of his ass, AP on 1st down Over & over puts the Vikes in terrible down & distance situations. AP is far from being a great asset at this stage of his career. DeAngelo wms is far superior, receiver & blocker not too shabby a runner either. Of course he has Villenueva (sp) & all pro's Pouncy & DeCastro, who may be the best OL in the league. Vikes D is young, fast & vert good, but that O will kill them unless changes are made. Diggs is a winner, Hill or Bradford, Sun. will tell a lot. We scored zero O TD's vs Tenn., if that happens against the Pack we're F'd!!!! Det. may surprise.
