The Communist school board in Philadelphia blame too many white teachers for the rising illiteracy, dropouts, and "school to prison pipeline" with black kids in their shithole, errr, city. There were 400 murders in 2023, nearly all of them committed by black men, so we must address the problem of white teachers.
