Kyle Wagner, a 37-year-old Minneapolis resident who self-identifies as an Antifa member, was arrested on February 5, 2026, on federal charges of threatening communications and cyberstalking. According to the Department of Justice, he posted videos and statements on platforms like Instagram and Facebook in January 2026, where he encouraged followers to "forcibly confront, assault, impede, oppose, and resist" ICE officers, referring to them as "gestapo" and "murderers." Specific alleged statements included urging people to "put our hands on them" wherever possible, calling for armed resistance with phrases like "get your f****** guns" and "this is kill or be killed," and advocating to "hunt" ICE agents. He also reportedly doxxed a pro-ICE individual by posting personal information, including an address linked to their family. Prosecutors say he escalated calls for violence and physical confrontation against federal officers in response to ICE operations in the area.
