What I don't understand is how 1st Tech got hold of their domain name so quickly. We're only talking about 3 weeks after the decision. I deal with these judgments in court daily and I've never seen one done so fast unless it's an Unlawful Detainer. What give with that?

Can anybody find proof that this lawsuit actually happened or this news showed up in any mainstream media source?

If nobody can prove this then I call this a nicely played publicity stunt where before football season starts bodog triumphs, gets their domain back and is ready for business.
