What happened to Hamels??

I thought he was getting healthier and he was ready to roll today. He only lasted 3.1 innings pitched? Did he get pulled because he was hurt or was he just getting rocked?

According to Gameday, a ball hit by Fielder deflected off Hamels. Then a pitching change proceeded so I guess he is hurt.
