Its The Worst, They don't even answer the phone when they have problems, its been more than an hour, we are in ruch time and they don't give a ****, they suck
I don't use this service, but It blows my mind that people pay $500 (a MONTH.. right?) and get downtime at all. They need some redundant servers if they are going to charge that kind of cash.
They told me that their internet connection through Sprint was disconnected and that's what they are waiting on to be fixed until their service is active again.
