Famous quote by Amarillo Slim. A lot of truth to it too. Do any of us actually use the money we win? It seems like all I do by winning is keep increasing my gambling bankroll.....so that I can make more money and have more money to gamble with. Anyone relate?

I don't know if I'll ever reach that point. I'm the same way with my investments. I am putting a large chunk of money away for retirement, but don't know that I'll ever start to spend it, even when I'm 65 or 70. I'll just go to the Final Four and the Super Bowl every year, and gamble a lot in Vegas. But other than that, I guess it's just for the security, knowing that it's stashed away.

Like General, when I take down money I purchase something tangible, or a memorable experience (trip, nice evening out etc.) or pay down any debt I may have at the time.
