Profitable to lay the juice on the ML on the biggest favorite everyday in the 2nd half of the season?

Every year is different...every game is different. If it won last season it doesnt mean it will this season.

I wouldn't touch them this weekend.
Public is 12-1 (on wagerline 60+% consensus picks) since the all-star break.
These always include the biggest favorite of the day. In fact it usually includes the the TOP 5 every day.

Biggest favorite of the day won 66 out of 103 in the first half. Do they win at the same rate in the second half?

If it was always profitable or not profitable, we would all be rich.

Just in case you are trying to figure out some kind of a system on playing the biggest favorite on the board you have to keep in mind that it is very easy to determine the biggest fav of the day by looking through past results.

Many days the biggest fav may appear to be in the early game but by the time the late games go off the board the biggest one may in fact be in there. And will sometimes.
