i have a friend that was talking to this chick. he was on the verge of asking her out until she mentioned that her boyfriend had wrecked her car and she was leaving to take care of it. after that he chickened out. i told him, go back since the ice is broken, and ask her what she does on days off. if it's boyfriend this and boyfriend that then he'll know what's up. how do you guys play this angle?

I agree if a girl had a boyfriend but was interested in someone else (your friend). Then when they were talking she would have never mentioned her boyfriend. She would have come up with another excuse of why she had to leave. Tell you friend to move on.

I believe she said that to him because she is not interested, if I like a girl I would not talk to heer about my current girlfriend, if she is more beautiful and has better persoanlity and is just better then forget my current gf, she is gone.

my friend said "fuck it". he said he thought it was obvious he was getting ready to ask her out when she brought up the boyfiend angle. i asked him what he was going to do next time he saw her because he frequents her workplace often. he said he'd probably not be so scared around her now that he had given up. he will continue to pursue hookers.
