When you are honest with them on a grading error in your favor?

anything?

i know in the past i have read that books gave a player a free 50.00 parlay, or a matchplay, and i myself have gotten such in the past, but i am just curious as to what everyone thinks?

does the book really owe you anything?

how about a thank you?

say you reported it, and never heard a word back, but your money was taken out....

would u feel slighted...

I guess in actuality the book really doesnt "owe" you anything, but a thank you would be the least i would expect....There are a lot of people that would let it slide, and hope it wasnt noticed.....I myself would report it, because i can assure you if it went against me, i would be on the phone bitching, so its only fair....

but i just wondered everyones opinion on this....

A Bonus Bet or something nice. What do you do if someone returns your wallet? I always give him some sort of reward. why should sportsbooks be any different?

I'd say a Bonus Play equal to the amount you would have kept if you hadn't told them about the error or the bet is cancelled and you get to keep what you would've lost.

pretty much anything they could do to make it worth your while to report errors would work. Think about it...would you want to keep the money and play with it knowing that they could realize their error and take the money along with any profits back from you?

"Technically" they don't owe you anything, but I've had at least 3 throw something into my account for the heads up. $50 seems to be the norm nowadays.

THATS WHAT I WOULD THINK TOO TT.....ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A GOOD CUSTOMER....SEEMS THEY WOULD APPRECIATE THE HONESTLY, AND ESPECIALLY IF YOU GOT IT TO THEM QUICK ENOUGH TO SAVE THEM FROM OTHER PEOPLE ABUSING THE EXTRA DOUGH, OR THE PISSED OFF ONES, THAT WERE MISTAKENLY GRADED A LOSS.....

I would not think they owe you anything. Now, maybe the man upstairs will put another check mark next to your name

Unless you were the only person making that bet the players that bet the other side would complain that their bet was graded as a loser when in fact it was winner. I would be very worried about a book that didn't regrade in a few minutes.
