First, there was a delay of game before the snap on 1st down. So it's 1st and 15. Then, there was an incomplete pass, but the play was wiped out because of penalties on both teams. Then, on 1st and 15 again, there was a completed pass. The choices were completed pass, rush for a gain, and any other outcome. They graded it as any other outcome, claiming the delay of game penalty was the outcome for the 1st play. They told me that a bet on the outcome of the first play was graded before the ball was even snapped. LOL. I asked what happens when a guy gets a catch and is called for offensive pass interference. He said "it's a completed pass." Then he said "no, it would be any other outcome."
