Santa Ana is a nice area, great weather, and very tranquilo. There are a couple nice rivers near by and I have seen monkeys fiv eminutes away from there. Traffic can be a bitch though.

I would guess no. But I think BetePete, and NYBOXER live over there as well as Raol Duke and StupirtDumbkin.

Heredia, there are a few other posters over this way too. The weathers nice and all but I honestly prefer the Rhormoser/Pavas area, if I didnt have to work or had my own business that I could do from home I would probably live in Ciudad Colon, Sabanilla, or San Ramon de Tres Rios.

Avalon is a private residential club...not a real country club I don't think.

When I said overpriced, I was referring to the apartments for sale.....ridiculously priced and small. Yeah, its fairly new.

Correct on all points. Actually, it's not even complete yet(at least not the clubhouse).

The 1 bedroom units(unfurnished) are going for about 100k, and rent for $500-600\month-and yeah, they're small....like 600sf.

Do you guys have any ideas for decent short term(week to month or two) housing rentals in the Escazu\Santa Ana area?

:toast:
