The Titans are arguably the very best team in the NFL but yet are basically a pickem vs the JETS? Titans also hav INDY next week but this is MNF...Titans should win this game easy... If the Jets win outright (which they very well could) this just doesn`t say much for the NFL these days ...this parity stinks! I still say the Titans win easy here...Titans by 10
I think the Titans will win too, Journey, but if they lose I will take it like a man and not bitch about parity.
As a Sports Fan (who is from a small market) parity is the best thing to ever happen as far as I'm concerned. As a sports gambler who likes dogs (just not tonight) parity is also very pleasing.

I know what 'should' happen but I have seen this scenario a thousand times before...This -2.5 has T R A P written all over it!

The line goes to -2.5 -120 3 hours before gametime. The squarer sharps pound it. It goes to 3.
All the square sharps congratulate themselves on their "value". The public DOGPILES in and lays -3 -110 and even -115 on a team with no statistical dominance, a great turnover differential, a great ATS record, with a revenge game for the division lead vs. an Indy team that thumped them 33-7.

When Pinnacle takes a clear position it is best to not be on the other side. I think the 11th Commandment is THOU SHALT NOT FADE PINNACLE.
They have liked the Jets all weekend. Had -111 last night when everyone else was at -120. With them at only -125 pretty clear they are taking a stand that they love the Jets.<HR></BLOCKQUOTE>

You really think that Val? Ask Joey and see if he agrees with you. The Pinnacle bunch is very very sharp. If you know who they are you would probably agree. It's impossible to deal the reduced juice they do and not be sharp.

Depends on the sport. While they do real well with all the common sports(baseball,basketball,Football, etc....), they put some less than sharp numbers up for lesser bet sports. Of course the main sports keep most shops in bussiness (or out of bussiness).
You just have to be selective. I have actually had a harder time with 5 dimes this year, it's the only book that's beating me this year (not by much though)
I already know Joey shares the same opinion as me. He was the 1 that recommended the place to me and told me there was no way I could lose there, he's right so far
I wish they had more fights, I really like there vig
BTW- considering everyone always talks about pinnacle's "opionated" lines being so good, why don't more people bet the oppinionated side??

As far as betting when they show a strong opinion gamblers have been doing that for a while. Couple guys here were even doing it a while with mixed results. Some guys do it very well though after tinkering with it. Pinny take a strong position in a game go find the best price you can and gamble with them, it works I am told if you learn a few secrets along the way.

Sports are SOOOO hard to gamble on because if it looks to good to be true, it seems like it is. Tonight was a good example. I am real happy I don't bet football, I would have been all over Tennesee
