Tossup between the AFC North/NFC East with a lean to the NFC North just because there isn't a complete dud QB (Boller/Flacco).

AFC South is my opinion for best overall... NFC West is decent.. but ALEX SMITH can't cut the mustard. Hasselbeck is a top 5 QB for me, and Bulger can shine *IF* he gets time (which he doesn't) but he can hang with the best with his strength and accuracy if he has ample time as the other QB's do. Otherwise, he's just a mistake-kind-of-guy.

1st best is the NFC East
Romo is among the elite
Eli is coming into his own
McNabb may have lost some but is a solid vet nonetheless
and Campbell shows a lot of promise.

The worst is by far the NFC North
Rogers will probably be good but as of now who knows.
Kitna was decent in Cincy but has fallen flat in Detroit (10 wins my ass)
And the next two teams are looking for replacements for their starters, that tells me a lot right there.

Every other division has a mix of good, bad and ugly.
