Ethiopia
Gabon
Guinea
Guinea Bissau
Indonesia
Iran
Ivory Coast
Jordan
Kuwait
Laos
Lebanon
Libya
Madagascar
Mali
Maldives
Mauritania
Mongolia
Morocco
Mozambique
Nepal
Niger
Oman
Philippines (probably the best choice)

Syria

Wil, I don't know where you found this list but is at least 15 years old due to the names Zaire and Soviet Union being on there. And Venezuela not being on there.

As for practicality of where to live now if that list is included the Top 5 would look something like:

1. Russia (if there is still no non-extradition treaty)
2. UAE
3. China
4. - rest the SE Asian group

Zaire (now DRC) is out of the question. Civil war still raging there that has killed over 4 million people. Largest land country in Africa but zero organization or community.

Somalia also impossible. No central government, everything is run by local warlords....thus the piracy.

Sudan is impossible.

Ethiopia is impossible.

Yemen is impossible. Poor as shit country racked in civil war.

Rwanda, Burundi deep ethnic conflict between Hutus and Tutsis. No way.

Africa is beyond sad. The biggest black eye on the continent of Europe IMO is their partitioning of Africa during the 1885 Treaty of Berlin. There will never be peace in Africa under the current territorial boundaries. And even when these countries get close to peace Western powers kill their leaders. Hell, now some multinational companies (like Sony) are expropriating resources from these countries against their permission with the help of PMC's.

Alright, here is the list I found. Most of the same countries.

Countries with diplomatic relations

The United States maintains diplomatic relations, but does not have extradition treaties with the following countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Andorra, Angola, Armenia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cape Verde, the Central African Republic, Chad, the China (People's Republic of China), the Union of the Comoros, Congo, Democratic Republic of the, Cote d' Ivoire, Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Indonesia, Jordan, Kosovo, Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Madagascar, the Maldives, Mali, the Marshall Islands, Mauritania, the Federated States of Micronesia, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Mozambique, Myanmar, Namibia, Nepal, Niger, Oman, Qatar, the Russian Federation, Rwanda, Samoa, São Tomé & Príncipe, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Vanuatu, Vietnam, Yemen, and Zimbabwe. *

Stunned that Venezuela isn't on there but I'm sure as long as Chavez is in power you won't be extradited. Same goes with Morales in Bolivia.

Russia is by far the tops of this list, would have to look there first. Andorra is high on the list too, due to its location even though it is a tiny country.

I'm sure Montenegro now has a treaty since they only very recently became a country.

As far as Venezuela goes I am sure you are right but the only place in that country I would consider is Margarita Island if I were going to move there. Kind of hot but great beaches and pretty safe if you stay in certain areas of the city of Porlamar (principal city) and the areas around it. I enjoyed the time I spent there.

Lots of sunshine on Margarita.

Looks beautiful. When Chavez gets deposed (it's not a matter of if now but when) Venezuela could become a tourism hot spot

Andorra officially the Principality of Andorra (Catalan: Principat d'Andorra), also called the Principality of the Valleys of Andorra,[1] is a small landlocked country in western Europe, located in the eastern Pyrenees mountains and bordered by Spain and France. Once isolated, it is currently a prosperous country mainly because of tourism and its status as a tax haven. The people of Andorra are currently listed as having the second highest human life expectancy in the world, at an average of 83 years at birth (2008 est).[2] Andorra is the sixth smallest nation in Europe.

This is where i would go . Had a buddy who played pro basketball there before he moved on to france

An Expat´s Guide to Living in Andorra

Excellent selection Mr. Liesure...

Safe, secret banking...

The unregulated banking system is among the safest in the world. It is sound, prosperous, computerized, streamlined, discreet and very customer oriented. Some of the wealthiest people in the world prefer Andorra's low-profile banks to those of secretive Switzerland. You can obtain an account in Andorra and access world markets in total privacy - and you can receive interest rates several percent higher than you would receive in the United Kingdom and the United States.

Drive 15 miles south of downtown San Diego on I-5. That's it.

Open a bank account in Tijuana and transfer money from there.

While Mexico does have an extradition treaty with the US they usually only extradite people who are wanted for murder. You could fly to anywhere in the world using Tijuana International Airport as a departure point.

How about money order?
100 international money order for $1000 each and they are good forever

I know Israel extradites for certain crimes as they just recently shipped over a child molester who went to Israel after charges came up years ago and now he is being brought over here to face charges

you meean 1000 money orders.......also the problem is that well, logistically speaking, its not easy to show up in a post office and order 1000 money orders for 1000 dollars hehe

the law includes monetary instruments such as cashier checks etc

but of course it would be piece of cake to take these out

you may (but not positive) be also subject to the post office reporting what you did as they probably have to report transactions over 10k as well, unless of course you do transactions under 10k / day , which done repeadtely will also attract attention

Not to be bored but I'd switch on and off to most of the spots mentioned. Spend some time in Russia, Andorra, then go over and check out the Maldives, then over to South Asia, Vietnam, and some of those smaller islands in the Pacific ect...

I think that is how I'd pull it off rather than just 1 country.

I think if you have a kid in costa rica or marry a chick from there they wont send you back.

One of the guys that pulled off the great train robbery in the UK went there got a girl pregnant and they wont send him back to the UK. A couple years ago he went back to england and they picked him up but he was in costa rica for like 40 or 50 years.

well there you go

but you have to be a CITIZEN not just a resident for that to work

CR wont extradite a citizen anywhere regardless of what they did (and I imagine other countries might have similar stuff)
