What Combination Of Parameters Will Produce Winners On A Consistent Basis?

There is alot of USEFUL information on the internet, which can help a person pick a winner. The problem is finding the combination of information that will pick winners on a consistent basis.


I have found "another" set of parameters which might produce winners on a consistent basis, in ALL sports. The parameters are only good after the sport has played 1 month into the season. Data for the current season must be establised.
I said "another" because I have posted alot of these "systems" in the past, with mixed results, many losing.


So I will be posting the plays on this thread on a regular basis. Maybe this time I have the combination of information that will pick winners on a consistent basis.
