For me it is when you have a 22 yr old clerk that speaks broken english, and since you cant understand a word she is saying, you ask for the supervisor, and the supervisor is another 22 yr old girl who speaks with broken english.

Yeah that bothers me too, But one thing that gets me is a few times I've been question as why do I want a payout now, as if it's any of there business.
All of the above, and what in the hell do they have to be arrogant about? I find that w/the female clerks along w/the language barrier it`s their inability to speak up. Must be some Latin female subservience thing. I blame mgmnt more than the individual clerks, piss poor training programs as the most basic query seems to totally mystify them. You ask about buying 1/2 pt and it`s as tho you asked them to explain some obscure theory in physics.
I wrote this in a previous post...but it s lack of sports knowlede for me...I was trying to place a AFC East division future prop and the clerk didnt understand the differences between the 4 divisions and the AFC conference..it was killing me arguing with someone that had no knowledge whatsoever about the sport!
But what really STEAMS me is the Fu(king management that puts these Arrogant and poor English speaking clerks on the phone to talk to us.
If their English is poor or borderline there are MANY places you can FIND on the Internet that can help them improve their English and communcation skills.
But allot of these bad 3rd world clerks were Arrogant punks to begin with, with a "Clerk Syndrome" and should NEVER of been hired in the first place.
Bookies should ONLY be Booking Bets and Let business PROs set-up and run the OFFICE.
