What I find even worse about SIA than the line move crap is that they make it very difficult for you to track your pending and graded bets. If you look in your pending are and see "Houston +7.5," is that Houston NBA, NCAA BB, NFL, or NCAA FB? "Over 125.5" Which teams are involved there?

My whine: Pinnacle's limited parlay options-not allowing the player to parlay CBB totals (1st half or game). I don't think you can even parlay a side and total from the same game at Pinny. This is a minor gripe I have though, I absolutely love Pinn.
Well, Pinny is still great but was so much better. They used to allow hand written if bets on up to three team parlays for up to three team parlays. Gee if I win 5 dimes, 1 dime on this too!! loved it. And then they came up with the no parlays of same game and total! Goodbye to the corolated parlay. Also thier phone people can be very rude when its thier fault that they can undertand English. They also stopped puting up moneylines on high pt favorites some time ago. Still the best overall book. I was also part of the Fiasco when they changed banks but at least they cleared it up. For a small book, I do love Bet Jamaica. nothing special just good average 5th book.

Bad CS is the obvious one, but they are usually overworked, undertrained, and entirely to used to dealing with ranting\raving\irrational ******** trying to screw them over or get an answer something that the CS rep can't provide an answer for.

What bothers me are books that lie about their years in business. You shouldn't get to count your years on the streets of Brooklyn, or the years the office you are subletting space from has been open.
What also bothers me are books that offer bonuses that are not fiscally responsible.
Just as bad are books that make ridiculous offers, have not thought through all of the possibilities and then get upset when players try to exploit these weaknesses.
