What books to you guys play with?

I use bookmaker, but they don't give rebates or points on many tracks. I live in Wisconsin, so TVG is out. Twinspires doesn't take CC. any other possibilities that give rebates?

I use TwinSpires easy to fund and good interface, been with them for years back to the days when they were Ubet

Twinspires doesn't take CC.

Not sure if this works for your circumstances, but both twinspires ans xpressbet allow you to link a bank account so that you can deposit as little as $10 to wager account with a just a few clicks from a laptop or smartphone. The rebates are pretty weak. If you put in over 5k of action with twinspires they'll gives you some extra ever month you do that.

TwinSpires takes my CC and has for years, no problems, Rebates yes they suck, but I'm not worried about getting paid...
