What books (online) take US account holders?

What online books take US account holders? Would I be able to fund 5 Dimes through bitcoin and still be a US account holder?

I'm funded at Betdsi, Bovada, 5dimes, and heritage........all bitcoin except for a few CC deposits at Betdsi.

stay with bookmaker...........heritage is not that good at this time, a lot of people are having problems there
