If the regular line is -10 and you have a 6-point teaser, then your line would be -4.

As with a parlay, all of the individual parts need to win for the teaser to be a winner. Teasers are not yet available for baseball or hockey.

Thanks for the info. I already knew about 5Dimes but I think ties lose on 3 team, 10 point teasers last time I checked.

5dimes has them at -110 but ties lose. As of last year the only book who still offered -110 and ties+wins push is betmania. Not sure how trustworthy that site is though.
