Not sure. Of the 4 Matchbook is the only one officially open
to USA residents. I don't have an account there, so only
know of it second hand, but it seems to be the rave. A
search on this site should turn up many threads.

Matchbook offers live betting for most of the games on the major networks: ESPN, ABC, TNT, etc. for the major US sports (football, basketball, and baseball)

Bodog offers live betting on things like what will happen on the next play, who will score next, etc, but the juice is pretty high.

Betfair (not open to US players for several years so I haven't played there since) offers live betting on pretty much every game imaginable, televised or not.

That's because they are owned by the same company as matchbook and generally have the exact same games but with vastly inferior odds.

actually that is not exactly true, although the same company, at matchbook you are betting against other people, at WSEX u are betting againt the bookie who sets the line.
