it was something like every 200 bets you get a free but of your average bet and every 1000 bets you place you get a free 50$ play. Is that the best one out there?

Almost all the major books offer some sort of program, varies. Some have free gifts, other have Bonus Bets after certain # of bets, others have rebates on net losses. Need to be more specific.

Edit: Saw you replied. Bet Jamaica offers freebie after 100 bets, Bookmaker has a point system which I think is based on amount bet and # of bets with different teir's $50 freeplay, $100 etc..those are just two, many other books have loyalty points.

VIP has one but the lines aren't very good. Start at silver level and get 20 points for every $10 bet on sports (40 for every $20 on horses). Gold level is after 20,000 total points. Goes to 25 and 50. 200,000 points to get platinum and it goes up to 33 and 70. You also 600, 750, and 1,050 respectively for $10 rake paid in poker, plus some points for table games. 20,000 points = $20. Don't know any others that offer one.
