What are your thoughts on Youwager?

Reupped here a few days ago. Only deposited a few times here. Never made a w/d from this shop. But I'm looking to go on a nice run here.

The interface is pleasant enough. I enjoy it.

I've read they call you non-stop like a long lost whore, but I simply don't answer their calls. So that's not a problem for me. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The chat interface is atari-esque and seems like it's from the 1980's. Response time is pigeon-style. It's when the pigeon damn well makes it's trip back to your rooftop.

I've read they do a lot of bait-and-switch on their sales/reupp offers. Experienced that twice. When I made this last deposit they said they'd only give me a certain lower percentage after calling in with the deposit info. I had just confirmed about an hour before what the terms would be so I thought it was like an American marriage made in heaven. They eventually transferred me to my "rep" (apparently with all the emails I've got several and we all went to high school together and share the fondest of memories, lol). She scolded me for not knowing that I can't give the deposit to the first person I talk with. I have to talk with her to get the appropriate percentage.

(I will have to check my Youwager employee handbook later on for rules I should know that are never communicated to me, lol.)

Note: They have a somewhat different hold structure on your deposit, different from most books. But not concerned about it because the roll and time lock doesn't bother me.

We'll see where's the pudding at at the beginning of April.

Just fyi on the hold. Think it's like 4.5 rollover and 30 day hold. But you can w/d at any time any amount above your deposit amount. Not 100% certain, but that should be very close.

As far as youwager goes... is a shithole, worked there for a month and resigned after a cleaning lady was asking around for money to buy an oven for the office kitchen. I mean what book needs to ask employees to chip in to buy shit for the company? That really turned me down. It was supposed to be voluntary, but it wasn't. They are cheapskates but they supposedly pay customers. Company was very solid a few years back but seems they just went mediocre without much desire to grow by having a better product, owners are never in the country, and they are not very involved in the day to day operations, that never helps a business to thrive.

But one never knows. In the end all that matters is if they pay. But that is neither here nor there at the moment. Halfway through the rollover and up about 50%.
