Sunday pool parties at Hard Rock (rehab) and green valley ranch are also entertaining.
Kojak, you might want to have your friends get hooked up with a VIP service...it costs $40 to $50 per person but they get you right into the club, and you are going to pay $20 at the door anyway. Might as well not waste an hour of your time standing in line and getting herded like cattle.
Couple more things. LV in the past year has been inundated with pros (hookers, ho's, prostitutes, working girls). They are great at the end of the night if you're drunk and out of luck, but they can really be annoying if you are sitting in a lounge shooting the shit with your friends, because a) some of them are fucking hot and you don't know they are working and b) if you ain't a buyer, they waste your time and your money (they open with buy me a drink).
If your friends are scammers and really want to get laid, tell them to look in the cracks and corners of LV, not just the obvious places like big night clubs, which are usually a swordfight....2-1 guys to girls. Downtown might not be that bad, side bars at all the casinos are usually filled with small group of girls that are easily approachable, and the off-strip casinos (Green Valley Ranch, Silverton, Orleans) often attract the locals, and LV has some beautiful women. And if all else fails, they can probbly get a handjob at Spearmint Rhino after sun-up.
Finally, and my most important piece of advice, tell your friends the line "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas" is a TV commercial, not a way to pick up hot chicks. If the girl uses it, fine, game over. If a guy uses it, paint an L on his forehead and give him $300 bucks for the pro...they fall for it everytime. When my fiance goes out with her friends she hears that about 100 times a night and its old before the first one hits her.
I'll be at UFC that night...if you can get tickets, you will see a fine and abundant selection of LV's most beautiful women (strippers)...it's a sight to behold and besides, it's more entertaining than Boxing.
