What are some of the lesser known movies with the Sopranos/Godfather/Mob theme?

Hmm, not much left that I've seen... Scarface isn't a italian mob movie, but it is organized crime, a depalma film, and has pacino in it.


Going to have to check some of these out.

Two great mob films - both great films in general as well -

"The Long Good Friday" and "Sexy Beast".

Both of them have some of the best ensemble film acting ever, and terrific scripts. Both are British.
I recommend getting DVD's, and make sure they are letterboxed (wide screen).

Two of my favorite films - saw "The Long Good Friday" on screen twice.
Saw "Sexy Beast" on DVD at least twice.
