Just got a juicer. Mostly interested in ones that are vegetable related with healthy veggies that I think taste like crap. Like broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, garlic, parsley, strange stuff like that. Would like the stuff that fights away free radicals and is good for liver Does it just take food and somehow grind it up into liquid? I am going to get a bag of frozen berries so I guess I can throw those in there. I was reading some about tomatos. And my thought was why I don't just buy tomato juice. Seems alot easier.

yeah I "freestyle" with the juices as well....I bought "the big book of juices" which is full of recipes but never use it

i always start with spinach, kale or carrots as the base and then add apples and stuff from there

apples and citrus (lime, grapefruit, etc.) help the healthy stuff taste better

Can you just take stuff like frozen broccoli and throw it in there? or asparagus? "recipe" was the wrong word. Just looking for healthy concoctions

if you are looking for something healthy that is easier than making your own juice every day (or to add to compliment your juicing), I rock some of this every morning...not cheap but much less expensive than buying it from a store every day

You would have probably been better off with a high quality blender like a vitamix
Juicers are such a pain in the ass.

My God, I just tried this for the 1st time to see how it would be. I had some carrots and spinach in the house so I decided to throw those in there.

1. Didn't get much juice
2. What a freakin mess it made and it was not an easy mess to clean up.

Dbol is a miracle worker but not sure my liver would respond to it well.

I experimented with anadrol in college, I swear my strength increased majorly by the 2nd day. Freaked me out though because I have a full head of hair and when I showered I could see some hair falling out.... There is a reason alot of pro bodybuilders are bald.

put a plastic grocery bag where all the leftover junk will go to. Makes it for easy (easier) clean up.

no matter what kind of juice you are making, put a lemon and/or lime in there to give it some flavor. That way if you do an all vegetable juice, you'll have some sweetness and some taste to your drink.

Beets also give sweetness. You might be surprised just how sweet....kind of an earthy taste to it.

Hey, by the way, don't know if you listened to Colin Coward today but they were arguing that Flacco is the 4th best qb in AFC. Colin was on Flacco because his great postseason performances and Hasselback was on Roethlisberger.
