Never split 10s...just kidding. How bout if you play too many games the vig will eat up all your profits. As long as you are above 53% or so the vig cant really take your profits away. I am not suggesting to play 20 games a day at your max wager...but 5 or 6 at one unit a piece is fine.

That tables get hot or cold, and you can tell when they are hot and cold, and adjust accordingly.

The phrase "playing on house money". Once you win a bet it's your money. .....but I hear people say this all the time.

"I called that. Knew Steelers would win."

It's not about being right or wrong, it's about probability. Virtually nobody understands this.

my #1 pet peeve in a casino is when people bitch about incorrect plays by whoever is sitting at 3rd base. Like their decision makes a difference to what the dealer gets (obv it does, but incorrect play could help you as much as it hurts you).

Unless you are counting cards, then there is no reason to blame 3rd base for anything.

splitting 10's is the right play if the count is right. so never split 10's is incorrect.

It's amazing how many otherwise intelligent people believe this. The uneducated folks I give a pass being they might not know any better, but if you graduated high school there is no excuse. Just shows that gambling makes a lot of people stupid.
