I just keep wondering what am I missing about tonights game? I have been going back and forth on this game and still can't figure out what to play? Should I bet on the Giants as it seems that would be more of a logical choice. Eli vs Tannehill, come on that's an easy one. The giants have more to play for with a chance to still go to the playoffs and save their coaches job (maybe). Or back the Dolphins with Tannehill, a team who barely beat the Ravens at home last week. Also, the giants opened as a small favorite and now are a small underdog... making them even more enticing as a underdog. I drank the texans red and blue kool aid last night and thought I was getting a steal when the line jumped from +3.5 to 5.5,6. Do I drink the G-men kool aid tonight or bet on the Dolphins who have nothing to play for? What am I missing..... thoughts and input always welcome?
Bob Scucci, the bookmaker who does the podcast on ESPN, said initially the public and the sharps took the Giants and they hung a bad line. But this line movement is curious. I have a small bet -- 1 unit -- on the Giants, but I don't see a major edge either way. They are both 5-7 teams. The Dolphis play in a tougher division, but also played vs the shitty AFC South this season. the Giants are woefully inconsistent and have made some serious coaching blunders. I favor the G-Men but barley.
Everything points to NYG. Eli vs Tannehill, Giants have more to play for, Giants are in a must win situation, Dolphins are out of the playoff race, Dolphins can improve their draft slot. Public betting Giants as some consensus sites have it 80/20 Giants money in favor. And the line has gone to Dolphins -1. Hmmmmm.................
I have Miami, but if I see thru the 1st Q or so it doesn't look good, I may bailout with a Giants live in game.......I wish NFL had a flex schedule for Monday nights, maybe they will in the future.
I'm hoping Giants get waxed, because I'm betting them on the ML next week vs Carolina.......If Giants lose they will definitely need yo beat Carolina & then the Vikings to be in the hunt for the playoffs.

TCG, my thoughts exactly. Although it's going to be a small play I HAVE to take Miami. Too heavy action on the Giants. Gotta go against the grain
