I see that C Michigan is +3.5 on Wednesday Night on the road against N Illinois. With Dan LeFevour coming back for this game and now need to win to keep pace with Ball State in the MAC West. Why shouldnt I pound this game and opinions wanted. Thanks Gravy :103631605

They are the class of the MAC, I'll be on them tomorrow, especially getting points...put a lil' something on the ML...

I just think that this looks too easy IMO and seen what Ball State did to N Illinois last time out and can see the same exact thing happen again here.

Just seems like all of the home teams cover in these midweek games. Not touching this, just don't look right. Don't forget CM plays Ball St next.

You bring up a good point, although, N. Illinois will be not overlooked as they are 4-2 in conference and undefeated at home. Plus C. Michigan gets Ball St. at home next week.

Yeah, I've got to agree. This sets up nicely for a battle of MAC unbeatens next week. I'll take CMU plus the points

Common opponents: N. illinois 38 Toledo 7, C Mich 24 Toledo 23 . They play better at home, on tv tonight and its a "blackout" for the N. Illinois fans.

Just want to add something...CMU has something to play for...however, NIU might have a little more incentive after being beat down and embarrassed last week by Ball st......

Lets not forget that Toledo had a bunch of starters suspended for the N Illinois game so score is misleading IMO.

Does it really matter. CMU still let them score 23 pts. Akron was able to hold Toledo off more than that. I think it'll be a nailbiter w/NIU SU.

As someone who has tracked LeFevour all year due to him being my 1st round fantasy draft pick, I wouldn't put too much stock into him coming back tonight. He's coming off an ankle injury and I don't think he's completely healed. Actually, I'm 98% sure he isn't completely healed. Watching the Toledo game a couple weeks ago, LeFevour did *not* look like the LeFevour of old. Had almost no mobility, and I would expect much of the same tonight. Wouldn't be shocked to see Bruner - the senior backup - get some PT if things don't go well for LeFevour.

I'll probably put a little on CMU with the points since I think them and Ball St. are definitely the class of the conference, but a ML play is definitely a gamble IMO.

Where have you all heard that LeFevour going to start tonight? Everything I've read says CenMich hasn't named the start yet?

If that's the case, then why is line still rising? wager % favoring Chippewas.
