What am I missing here? Hou/Utah total at 171??

The last 5 games for Hou the total has been averaging 198 and they were on the road for 4 of those games. The totals for the last 5 games for Utah have averaged 183. Both teams are vying for a playoff spot so I can't see them letting up here.

198 and 183 averages to around 190. What am I missing?

I suppose Houston's last 5 games haven't been played against teams with the best defense but this still seems off to me.

i like it, the reason is because last time they played to a total of 147, but utah shot 35% from floor, 14% from arc and 58% from ft. now they are at home a will have a better effort (not too good i hope as i have hou+6)

Ah, it's the old "last time they met" calculation being used here. If a team does poorly the last time 2 teams meet, that can cause the line to be off as I believe it is here.

Its called the Atlanta Hangover. Never bet against Atl at home on Saturday when the team they are playing EXAMPLE (BOSTON) was off on Friday. Rumor has it they are out partying in the hotlanta night. woooooooooo
