What am I missing? Cincy @ OSU line looks low

I haven't done any research so there might be a lot that I have missed but just at first glance Cincy -1 at Oregon State looks really low. I know Corvalis is a tough place to play but watching Cincy in that first game, they looked very good. Was there an injury or something that took place that i'm unaware of? What are your thoughts?

Oregon St opened as a fav, so money has been pouring in on Cincy.

Yeah i noticed that too...I saw that oregon state was a 1.5 fave. was that the opening line? but i would guess that the linesmakers knew something making that the number to begin with which would still not make sense. I would think that Cincy -3 or -4 would've been mine line

usc never has any issues winning in corvallis, why should cincy? :laugh:

I'm sure oregon state gets up for and prepares more for USC than Cincy. It's not a conference game for one. I'm not saying they would overlook them because they know that it would be a tough game but saying that you upset Cincy doesn't have quite the ring as saying you upset the Trojans.

The Big East doesn't have a clear champion year in and year out. Albeit they usually don't have a player in the National Championship race either - They usually do have 3-4 teams in the BE Championship hunt within 2 weeks of seasons end.

Not saying one conference is better than the other...
