I see some here take them from time to time. But at 13-33 why not fade each game this series against Philly? And do so against most of their match-ups.
It amkes sense to me. I'm not a big fan of -160 and -170 lines, but I've done them from time to time on the "great" pitchers. Why not against a team that would have given you a 20-13 record so far? Just my thoughts.
Start to Parlay the other team with the OVER. This will reduce the -170 type days. They seem to always give up at least 5 and the offense does have some pop. They don't really give up when they are down. The Nats defense is the worst in the league.
I have Phils today as well however if you take out the first two series' of the season, as bad as the Nats are, they've only been swept three times. I think only once since April 20. They seem to know how to avoid the sweep.
I wouldn't worry aobut it. like the post above, the Nats usually win one per series. Whatever Philly does good in this game will be blown if Lidge closes! @)
Nationals are 3-18 in their last 21 games... I imagine at 18-3, no matter how many -160 or even -200 or higher lines there were, fading the Nats would bring in a pretty penny.

I agree. I stayed away yesterday only because I thought they could win one. I was wrong and they showed me what I know. They are horrible. I'm going to try fading their next two series against the Giants and the Mets. I'm sure Ill see normal lines and If I can go 5-1 that's a pretty good win.
