What actions constitute a poster to be banned?

Could I get a moderator to explain what actions normally get a poster banned from the Rx? Panther keeps saying he is going to have Ken ban me and I would like some clarification. Thanks in advance.

Inciting of trouble via bashing/flaming is a top reason for banning. shilling non stop & being a proven scammer can do a poster in as well.
