Someone mentioned that on the radio here today, but the speculation is NOLA will be functioning enough to handle the NBA by early November.

Knowing David Stern, he would rather send a team back to Vancouver before he would ever let them stay in Vegas.

I don't think New Orleans will be ready to host NBA basketball in November. Even if it's possible, who's going to go to the games? Maybe they'll go back to Charlotte?

Charlotte has the Bobcats.

St Louis, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, KC, Buffalo and Louiseville come to mind maybe for half the season. They would probably draw better at some of these places, maybe wear some retro outfits.
